Nu Díaz (born in León in 1964) is a multidisciplinary artist who has developed her career in Barcelona, pioneering the advancement of new technologies and new forms of artistic expression that bridge art and society.
She served as the Director of the first Master’s program in Interaction and Multimedia Design in Spain from 1994 to 2011 at the University of Barcelona. Her artistic projects find application in digital manufacturing, leading her to coin the concept of Fab-art. As a curator at the DHUB in Barcelona, she organized the exhibition “Los sentidos de las máquinas” in 2014. In 2015, her career took a turn towards nature with the Street Gallery project and the exhibition “Ánima Animal.”
